(A) Notices to Customers: Notices from the District to a customer will normally be given in writing and either delivered or mailed to him at his last known address. Where conditions warrant and in emergencies, the District may resort to notification either by telephone or messenger.
(B) Notices From Customers: Notice from the customer to the District may be given by him or his authorized representative orally or in writing, (1) at the District's operating offices, or (2) to an agent duly authorized to receive notices or complaints. (Ord. 1973-I, 8-9-73, eff. 9-1-73)
