9-1-1: TITLE, SEVERABILITY:
   (A)   This Chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Jackpot Municipal Water District Rates and Regulations.
   (B)   If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Chapter is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Chapter.
