8-1-12: SCOPE OF REGULATIONS:
The provisions of this Chapter are intended to supplement the statutes of the State of Nevada. The said statutes shall prevail in the event of any conflict between said statutes and any provision hereof. (Ord. 1970-C, 9-8-70, eff. 9-25-70)
