It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate or cause to be driven or operated any wagon, bicycle or motor vehicle upon or along any sidewalk, except at permanent or temporary driveways or alley entrances, in said towns and cities, or to leave any wagon, bicycle or motor vehicle standing upon any sidewalk in such manner as to obstruct the free use of such sidewalk. The provisions of this Section shall not apply to baby carriages or similar conveyances for children. (Ord. 1976-G, 4-8-76)
