Drivers of motor vehicles shall, at all times, comply with any direction by voice or hand or whistle of any sheriff, deputy, constable, traffic officer or police officer as to stopping, starting, approaching or departing from any place, and as to the manner of taking on or discharging of passengers or loading or unloading goods, or as to parking vehicles, or as to the speed at which a motor vehicle is being driven (Ord. dated 6-5-37; 1975-D, 8-7-75, eff. 9-1-75; renumbered Ord. 1983-N, 9-8-83, eff. 10-1-83)
