(A) Any minor violating the provisions of this Chapter shall be processed in accordance with juvenile court law and procedure.
(B) Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor in violation of this Chapter, after having once been previously notified under Section 7-5-7 of this Chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense.
