Any minor attending a special function or entertainment of any church, school, club or other organization that requires such minor to be out at a later hour than that called for in Section 7-5-3 of this Chapter shall be exempt from the provisions of that Section, provided that the church, school, club or other organization shall notify in advance the Elko County Sheriff's Office of the special function and the time it shall end. The minors who attend the function shall be required to be in their homes or usual places of abode promptly after the function has ended. (Ord. 1996-B, 3-20-1996, eff. 4-8-1996)
