An administrative fee is hereby established pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 211.350 in the amount of twenty five dollars ($25.00) for each day served when a prisoner is sentenced to confinement in the County Jail, including a prisoner sentenced as a condition of probation, whose sentence is served intermittently on days other than his regular days of employment.
