(A) Any person in this State who sells or barters to another under the age of eighteen (18) years either a pistol, revolver or firearm capable of being concealed upon the person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(B) The term "firearm capable of being concealed upon the person" as used in this section applies to and includes all firearms having a barrel less than twelve inches (12") in length. (Ord. 1983-N, 9-8-1983, eff. 10-1-1983)
