(A) No minor under the age of fourteen (14) years shall handle or have in his possession or under his control, except while accompanied by or under the immediate charge of an adult person, any firearm of any kind for hunting or target practice or for other purposes.
(B) Every person violating any of the provisions of subsection (A) of this section, or aiding or knowingly permitting any such minor to violate the same, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1983-N, 9-8-1983, eff. 10-1-1983)
