Any person who:
(A) Shall commit or maintain a public nuisance, for which no special punishment is prescribed elsewhere in this Code; or
(B) Shall wilfully omit or refuse to perform any legal duty relating to the removal of such nuisance; or
(C) Shall let, or permit to be used, any building, boat or real property or portion thereof for committing or maintaining any such nuisance, knowing that it is intended for such use or being used for such use, is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1983-N, 9-8-1983, eff. 10-1-1983)
