7-1-16: POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY:
Any person who, for his own gain, or to prevent the owner from again possessing his property, buys, receives, possesses or holds stolen goods or anything, the stealing of which is declared to be a larceny, or property obtained by robbery, burglary or embezzlement, as defined in chapter 484 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, of a value less than six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00), knowing that the goods or property were so obtained, or under circumstances that should have caused a reasonable man to know that such goods or property were so obtained is guilty of a misdemeanor.
