Any person who steals, takes, carries, leads or drives away personal goods or property of another, less than the value of six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00), commits petit larceny and is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 2011-09, 1-4-2012, eff. 1-31-2012)
