7-1-12: DESTRUCTION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY:

Any person who shall willfully or maliciously destroy or injure any real or personal property of another shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1983-N, 9-8-1983, eff. 10-1-1983; amd. Ord. 09-2019, 11-6-2019)
