Any person who wilfully and unlawfully using force or violence upon the person of another, without the use of a deadly weapon, which results in no substantial bodily harm to the victim, commits battery and is guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 05-2007, 1-2-2008, eff. 1-30-2008)
