1-12-13: REVOCATION OF PREVIOUS APPOINTMENTS AND DESIGNATIONS FOR PUBLIC GUARDIAN:
The board revokes all previous appointments and designations of public guardians regardless of the means by which these appointments and designations were made and which predate the effective date hereof. (Ord. 2004-B, 8-4-2004, eff. 9-26-2004)
