1-12-11: VALUE OF GUARDIAN'S SERVICES ALLOWABLE AS CLAIM AGAINST WARD'S ESTATE; DEPOSIT OF MONEY RECEIVED BY PUBLIC GUARDIAN:

The reasonable value of the public guardian's services rendered must be allowed as a claim against the estate of the ward. Money received in payment of a claim against the estate of the ward must be deposited by the public guardian to the credit of the county general fund. (Ord. 2004-B, 8-4-2004, eff. 9-26-2004)
