1-12-7: SUBORDINATES, CONSULTANTS AND ASSISTANTS:
The public guardian, with the consent of the board, may:
   (A)   Employ subordinates necessary for the proper performance of his/her duties.
   (B)   Contract for the services of consultants or assistants. (Ord. 2004-B, 8-4-2004, eff. 9-26-2004)
