The public guardian caseload must be no more than twenty five (25) active cases at one time.
(A) All referrals in excess of the authorized caseload must be placed upon a waiting list. The public guardian shall have the discretion to accept referrals from the waiting list based upon greatest need.
(B) The public guardian shall immediately inform the board if the waiting list exceeds twenty five (25) referrals. (Ord. 2004-B, 8-4-2004, eff. 9-26-2004)
