The public guardian shall have all the powers and duties of the individual guardianships created by appointments of previous public guardians for particular wards.
In the administration of any guardianship, to which the public guardian is appointed, the public guardian shall have all the powers, duties, rights and responsibilities as required by the Nevada Revised Statutes. (Ord. 2004-B, 8-4-2004, eff. 9-26-2004)
