(A) If any vacancy occurs in the office of public guardian, the vacancy must be filled promptly by the board, pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 253.170.
(B) The district court may designate any qualified person to serve as acting public guardian until the board fills the vacancy in the office. (Ord. 2004-B, 8-4-2004, eff. 9-26-2004)
