1-11-1: UNINCORPORATED TOWN GOVERNMENT LAW ADOPTED:
The Unincorporated Town Government Law, NRS 269.500 to 269.625, inclusive, as amended, be and it is hereby adopted, and shall henceforth be applicable to each unincorporated town in the County of Elko. (Ord. 1980-N, 8-7-1980, eff. 9-1-1980)
