6-1-11: SUITS BROUGHT FOR DELINQUENT FEES; ATTACHMENTS:
   (A)   The Town Board may at any time direct the District Attorney to bring suit in the name of the Town for the recovery of the required license tax against any person who engages in, conducts or carries on any business or game or exhibits any show or exhibition without first obtaining the required license and paying the prescribed license tax. In such actions for collections of a license tax hereby imposed, a penalty of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be added to the amount of any judgment recovered by the Town in addition to any other penalty or penalties then due and owing and imposed by the provisions of this Chapter.
   (B)   In all suits instituted by the Town and/or County, as herein provided for the collection or the recovery of any license tax hereby imposed, the Clerk or the District Attorney may make the necessary affidavit for a Writ of Attachment against the property of the defendant therein, and such Writ shall thereupon be issued without any undertaking or other security being given or on behalf of the Town and/or County.
