(A) Intent: The UP Urban Perimeter Districts are established to present recognition that a three (3) mile perimeter zone exists outside the boundary of all incorporated city entities within the County. The UP Districts provide notice to prospective developers and land owners that all proposed zoning changes, variance requests and land use within these Districts must be approved by both the County and City entity Planning Commissions.
(B) Permitted Uses: All uses permitted in other districts designated in this Zoning Ordinance shall be permitted in the UP Districts provided the uses are also in compliance with the applicable city zoning ordinance. (Ord. 1975-A, 3-5-75; eff. 4-1-75)
