(A) Intent: The ML Meadowlands Districts are established to present recognition of a meadowland designation for specific agricultural lands. The meadowlands of Elko County are recognized as the most viable lands of the agricultural industry. Preservation of the meadowlands as such lands blends with the recognition of Elko County being considered one of the main livestock producing areas in the State of Nevada.
(B) Permitted Uses: The permitted uses in the ML Districts shall be the uses that are in full compliance with the definition of agriculture as related to Open Space District uses.
