4-7-6: LM DRY LAND AND MARSHES DISTRICTS:

(A) Intent: The LM Dry Lake and Marshes Districts are established to present recognition. of a seasonal inundated dry lake bed land and the perennial marsh land that provides notice to prospective developers and land owners that such a condition exists.

(B) Permitted Uses: The Open Space exclusive district uses applicable to LM District lands shall be the recognized uses for such lands. Any alternate or conditional use of LM District lands shall require a permit and/or variance from the Planning Commission.
