(A) Intent: The AA Airport Approach Districts are established to prevent the establishment of air space obstructions in landing field approaches through height restrictions and other development controls.
(B) Permitted Uses: All uses permitted in other districts designated in this Zoning Ordinance shall be permitted in the AA Districts except as the following restriction shall apply:
1. The height of any structure or part of a structure, such as a chimney, tower, antenna, etc., shall be limited according to requirements established by the Planning Commission or by other municipal or government authorities.
2. In approach zones to air fields, as designated by the Planning Commission, no meeting place for public or private purposes which is designed to accommodate more than twenty five (25) persons at one time, shall be permitted.
