6-16-4: RENEWAL OF BUSINESS LICENSE:
The business license shall expire one year from the date of its issue, but may be renewed each year upon payment of the renewal fee set by resolution of the Elko County Board of Commissioners. A new application shall be submitted and reviewed by the Board every 5 years. (Ord. 2023-10, 8-2-2023)
