(A) Application for a business license provided by this Chapter shall be made to the Sheriff.
(B) Each application shall include the following:
1. The business licensing application fee;
2. Name of the business;
3. The approved special use permit required under Elko County 4-17-2, if applicable;
4. A Nevada State Business License;
5. The location of the proposed establishment;
6. Information regarding any bankruptcy proceeding involving the business or business owners;
7. Any necessary licenses from the State to operate a facility that generates electricity;
8. A copy of the lease for the property being leased where the facility will be located if the business is leasing property for the facility.
9. A copy of the applicants Power Sales Agreement.
(C) All applications shall be signed by the owners of the business. (Ord. 2023-10, 8-2-2023)
