All licenses are subject to the condition that the license premises may, without notice, be inspected for compliance with State and County laws and regulations. Department of Business License investigators, air quality investigators, agents or other County designees have the right to enter the licensed premises for the purpose of investigation, inspection or audit of the operations, books and records. Licensees shall not refuse such right to enter the premises to inspect or investigate the premises, facilities, qualifications of personnel, methods or operations, policies and purposes of any cannabis establishment and of any person proposing to engage in the operation of a cannabis establishment or to audit the books and records. An inspection of a facility may include, without limitation, investigation of standards for public safety and may be conducted jointly with State and other local government agencies, as well as law enforcement agencies.
