(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) No smoking policy.
(1) First offense. Any person who violates § 30.06 shall first be warned that smoking is not allowed in the Council chamber and that any further violation will necessitate his or her removal from the Council chamber.
(2) Second offense. Any person who violates § 30.06 after the first offense shall be excluded from the Council chamber.
