(A) Any person, whether or not a previous party to the appeal, shall have the right to apply to the appropriate court to correct errors of law. Application for review shall be made in the manner and time required by law following the entering of the final decision of the Board of Appeals.
(B) The Board or any designated enforcement official may institute a suit for injunction in the Circuit Court of the county, in the name of the city, to restrain an individual or a governmental unit from violating the provisions of the city’s Building Code. The Board or any designated Code Enforcement Official may also institute a suit for mandatory injunction in the Circuit Court of the county, in the name of the city, directing an individual or a governmental unit to remove a structure or erect a structure in violation of the provisions of this subchapter. If the Board or any designated enforcement official is successful in the suit, the respondent shall bear the costs of the action.
