§ 150.003 INSPECTION OF BUILDINGS WHILE UNDER CONSTRUCTION; STOP WORK ORDERS.
   (A)   The Building Inspector or his or her representative shall inspect all construction of buildings and the performance of the work described in the building permit application.
   (B)   If at any time he or she finds that the construction or the work does not comply with any provision of this code or other pertinent laws, or he or she finds that the construction or the work being done differs from the description of the construction or work contained in the building permit application, or he or she finds that the cost of the construction or work being performed exceeds the estimated cost set forth in the building permit application, he or she may order that the construction or work be stopped until compliance has been satisfactorily made or an amended building permit approved and additional fee, if any, paid, as the case may be.
