§ 150.001 OFFICE OF BUILDING OFFICIAL.
   The office of Building Official is hereby created, to be headed by the Building Official and having such other personnel as may, from time to time, be authorized by the Council. The Chairperson of the Building Committee shall serve as ex officio Building Official.
