§ 130.056 BRANDISHING OR EXPOSING; THREATENING OR CAUSING BREACH OF PEACE.
   Any person who, in a public or private place, disturbs the peace, order, decency or decorum of others by violent, profane, indecent or boisterous conduct or language or by making of unreasonable loud noise that causes annoyance or alarm to another person, and who persists is such conduct after being requests to desist by a law enforcement officer, acting in his or her lawful capacity, is guilty of breach of peace, a misdemeanor.
