§ 130.023 DISABLING OF COMMUNICATION DEVICES BEING USED TO CONTACT EMERGENCY PERSONNEL.
   No person shall willfully disable a communication device of another, including, but not limited to, telephones, cellphones, radios or any other type of communication device, when such device is being used for the purpose of contacting emergency personnel, for purposes including, but not limited to, reporting a crime or seeking assistance. For the purposes of this section, emergency personnel include, but are not limited to, police, fire, ambulance or hospital authorities.
