§ 130.007 FIREARMS; SHOOTING IN CITY OR POLICE JURISDICTION.
   No person, except officers of the law in the discharge of their official duty, shall shoot or discharge any gun, pistol or other firearm within the city or its police jurisdiction without the consent of the Council.
