An applicant or permittee and/or licensee shall permit representatives of the Police Department, municipal, county and State Health Departments, Fire Department, or other city or state departments or agencies to inspect the premises of a sexually oriented business for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the licensure/permitting and regulatory provisions of this subchapter, at any time it is occupied or open for business.
