(A) Upon furnishing the information required under § 112.16, the applicant shall be issued a permit 24 hours from the date of submission of the application.
(B) A permit issued under this subchapter shall be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
(C) Every solicitor shall carry his or her permit with him or her at all times while engaged in soliciting, and shall display such permit to any person who shall demand to see such permit while he or she is so engaged.
