§ 111.039 REVOCATION.
   (A)   Upon final conviction of a licensee or of any employee thereof acting within the scope of his or her employment of a violation of any provision of this subchapter, or upon final conviction of a licensee or of any employee thereof acting within the scope of his or her employment of any violation of any ordinance of the city relating to the regulation, control or sale of alcoholic liquors, the City Clerk shall revoke the licensee’s city license.
   (B)   Such license so revoked shall not be reissued or reinstated for one year from the date of such revocation. Upon final conviction of any licensee or of any employee thereof acting within the scope of his or her employment as aforementioned, the City Clerk shall, in writing, immediately advise the State Alcohol Control Commissioner thereof.
