(A) The annual license fee for a license issued under the provisions of this subchapter to a fraternal or veteran’s organization or a non-profit social club shall be an amount set forth by Council from time to time.
(B) The annual license fee for a license issued under the provisions of this subchapter to a private club other than a private club of the type specified in division (A) above shall be an amount set forth by Council from time to time if such private club has fewer than 1,000 members, and an amount set forth by Council from time to time0 if such private club has 1,000 or more members.
(C) The fee for any such license issued following January 1 of any year and to expire on June 30 of such year shall be half those prescribed by divisions (A) or (B) above, as may be applicable to the particular type of group making a license application, as aforesaid.
