§ 111.023 SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS FOR STATE LICENSES.
   The license for the sale, delivery or distribution of nonintoxicating beer shall be issued for the same period as that issued by the state for corresponding state licenses, and shall be subject to revocation or cancellation for the same reasons or cause as would subject a state license to revocation or cancellation.
