Upon adoption of this subchapter by Council, the City Treasurer shall forthwith send to the Tax Commissioner a certified copy of this subchapter, the rate and the boundary database required by § 110.109, along with a description of the boundaries of the city, and such other information as the Tax Commissioner may need to administer, collect and enforce the taxes imposed by this subchapter.
