The annual license fee to keep or maintain a bowling lane or a billiard, pool or bagatelle table, or table of like kind, for public use, where any charge is made for the use of the same, shall be an amount set forth by Council from time to time; but, if more than one of such lanes or tables are kept or maintained in the same building by the same person, the fee shall be an amount set forth by Council from time to time.
