§ 110.035 THEATERS AND OTHER PERMANENT PLACES FOR PUBLIC SHOWS.
   A theater, opera house or other permanent place for public shows may be kept or maintained upon the payment of a license fee in an amount set forth by Council from time to time; provided, that if such theater, opera house or other permanent place for public shows is conducted outside of but within one mile of the corporate limits of the city, the license fee shall be the same as if such performance were given within the city or town; provided, further, that any theater, opera house or other permanent place for public shows, including drive-in theaters kept, maintained or operated in such a location as to be exempt from the foregoing provisions of this section shall pay an annual license fee of an amount set forth by Council from time to time.
