§ 110.030 FORTUNE-TELLING, MIND READING AND THE LIKE.

The annual license to act as a fortune-teller, palmist, phrenologist, spiritualist, medium, clairvoyant, mind reader or any other person who performs the art or profession of telling the past or forecasting the future shall be an amount set forth by Council from time to time.
