§ 92.017 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MUNICIPALITY. As used in the Fire Prevention Code, adopted by this subchapter, it shall be construed to mean the City of Elkins.
