§ 91.085 SERVICE OF WRITTEN NOTICES; CONFIRMATION OF ORAL NOTICES.

(A) Written notices provided for in this subchapter may be served in any manner authorized by law for the service of process in civil cases, including service by publication against nonresidents and parties unknown or whose address is unknown.

(B) Oral notices given pursuant to § 91.082 shall promptly be confirmed in writing, which shall be served as provided in division (A) above.
