§ 91.042 DECLARED A HEALTH HAZARD.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the Council authorizes the Mayor, Chief of Police or his or her assigns to declare any abandoned or derelict motor vehicle remaining on private property for in excess of 30 days a health hazard.
