(A) The vehicular traffic on Fifth Street shall be restricted to one-way traffic east to west from Davis Avenue and Railroad Avenue only. The flow of traffic on the remainder of Fifth Street shall remain two- way.
(B) Two-way vehicular traffic flow on an unnamed alley between Orchard Street and State Street shall be changed to one-way in a southerly direction from the intersection of Orchard Street to State Street with a stop sign erected at the intersection of said alley and State Street.
